This jumbo roll cage can accommodate 3x jumbo loose shelves, which provides 4-level racking within this roll cage. This roll cage is made of high-quality galvanised steel with a bright zinc finish on this roll cage, which makes this cage ideal to use in indoor/outdoor environments.

Automotive Heavy Duty Security Roll Cage

The jumbo automotive roll cage is a new addition to the security roll cage line-up; this heavy-duty roll Cage is specifically designed to secure and move large, heavy, and valuable parts typically within manufacturing, engineering, construction, and distribution industries.

The jumbo automotive roll cage is 1575 x 765mm in dimensions, and its overall height is 1830mm with a loading capacity of up to 700Kg. This security cage doesn’t have shelves as it is designed to accommodate tall and large automotive parts. This jumbo automotive roll cage has a wardrobe-style door, which can be secured with a chain, padlock, or security seals.

Security Roll Cage

The full-security roll cage is manufactured from high-quality steel with a rod base and a 50 x 50mm mesh infill structure comprising three sides plus a full-opening hinged gate and lid. The Strong built, and all secured sides of a cage make this unit an ideal solution for storing and transporting a range of products, including high-value goods, in and around a workplace or between destinations.

The full-security roll cage is 735 x 850mm, and the overall height of a roll cage is 1690mm with up to 600kg loading capacity. In addition, this security roll cage is fitted with the larger 125mm diameter castors, two fixed and two swivels, to improve manoeuvrability. Rubber wheels and brake castors are also available for this full-security roll cage.

Four sided Mesh Roll Cage

Four Sided Roll Cage with mesh infill has a hinged metal rod base and is designed around a nestable A-frame. This unit is manufactured from high-quality steel and has a Gold passivate finish. The three sides plus the gate have a 50 x 50mm mesh infill structure that makes it ideal for environments where stored contents are smaller or slimmer, reducing the risk of spilt loads.

This four-sided roll cage is 725 x 850mm, and its overall height is 1690mm with up to 600kg loading capacity. This roll cage unit has an integral shelf set at 970mm above the base, and you can add additional loose brackets if required. Hand grips are provided on the front gate to assist with picking/de-canting operations, and three i/d plates are provided on the rear profile.

Due to its heavy-duty build and functionality, this three-sided roll cage is the workhorse for many of our clients across retail, food production, warehousing, pharmaceuticals, and logistic industry.

This four-sided roll cage has 125 mm nylon wheels on two fixed and two swivel castors. There is the option to add braked wheels or change the wheels to rubber or sandwich construction to meet the needs of different client requirements, including prolonged use within chill environments. Up to two shelves, 2 x loose can be added to this roll cage, which gives 3 level racking within a cage.

This trolley is fitted with 2 x fixed and 2 x braked swivel castors, and the unit also has two large handles that assist with simple manoeuvrability around aisles in a warehouse or retail outlet.

These 2-sided roll cages are made of galvanized steel and are bright zinc plated, making them ideal indoor and outdoor solutions. These combi trolleys have a base size of 664 x 800mm and an overall height of 1700mm with a loading capacity of up to 500 kg.

These 2-sided roll cages are fitted with 125mm 2 x swivel and 2 x fixed castors and hard-wearing nylon wheels and are fitted with ID Plates on each side profile. Shelves may be optionally added to separate products and optimize the load, and we can provide the option of “easy open” straps to secure the end of the unit.

3 Sided Roll Cage

This three-sided roll cage is fitted with 125 mm nylon wheels on two fixed and two swivel castors. There is the option to add braked wheels or change the wheels to rubber or sandwich construction to meet the needs of different client requirements, including prolonged use within chill environments. Up to two shelves (1 x fixed + 1 x loose or 2 x loose) can be added to this unit, and we can also provide quick-release straps to secure the load during transit.
